It used to be a month (like Black history month) but the other maladies became jealous so it was reduced to a single day.

What does National Mental Health Day really mean exactly--- They recognize the nuts or are they giving them credit for being nuts or are they wanting to appease the nuts so they don't think they are discriminated against. OR they are telling all the nuts that that one day they have to be mentally healthy? LOL I really know what it is but is thought provoking none the less.
I think there should be a month for Caucasian history. Everyone else has a color oriented day or month or celebration, wonder who would cry fowl on that? Better not go there--I'm gone and mentally unstable so guess I did get a day.
