LONDON - Former President Bill Clinton on Tuesday called for mandatory testing for HIV/AIDS in countries with high infection rates and the means to provide lifesaving drugs.
When the AIDS epidemic began two decades ago, mandatory testing was frowned on because of the stigma attached to the deadly illness and the lack of treatment for those infected.
But Clinton said countries where there was no discrimination against people with the illness and where anti-AIDS drugs were available should now consider universal testing.
"I think there needs to be a total rethinking of this testing position in the AIDS community and a real push for this," Clinton told journalists during a briefing in London.
"I made up my mind that I would not spend the rest of my life wishing I was still president," he said when asked about his his post-presidency projects.
I need to go out and have sex with every woman I can. Since Hillary cut me off, I go stir crazy without it.

Oh yes....when HIV/AIDS was almost all in the gay community only. Nope...they didn't want testing. It could present the possibility that THEY would be descriminated against.
Forget the rest of the population....couldn't discriminate nor put into them in a quarantine situation either, to keep the disease from spreading....nope. It was allowed to be done to our TB patients but not to those gays with aids. Nope that was just not going to happen.
So now we ALL deal with the threat of getting aids/hiv/death.
But don't talk about teaching our children or encouraging adults to abstaining....nope...that's not approved of by the liberals either.

clinton should be at the head of the line to be tested. Show what a great example he can be. LOL LOL LOL Thanks to his liberal views on oral sex not 'being sex'....many more have contacted all sorts of STD's orally.
