If anyone missed it, there was a great Larry King show last night. Larry's main interview was with Bill Clinton.

The best part was Larry's balanced panel of two Conservative and two Liberals sharing ideas and debating the topics that Clinton brought up. Sure, at times it was a heated debate, but at least it was balanced and never once did Larry interject his views during the panel debate.

Here is the link to the transcript for the show. It is long, but quite entertaining.

I wonder how many women he assaulted haven't come forward?

Bill did look great and he was a great President. Unfortunately, he will only be judged by the neocons for the scandal w/Monica.

What I have learned about the neocons over the last few years is pretty simple. They didn't care that Clinton lied under oath. All they cared about was he was unfaithful, and they had something on a very popular President.

Clinton was wrong for cheating on his family, and he was wrong for lying under oath. I've always been willing to accept those facts. The neocons seem to be fascinated with "historical documents' however. They live in the past, but continue to look the other way on the current problems facing this country, knowing full well that George W. Bush is nothing more than a miserable failure, a liar, and a criminal. True Conservatives know Bush's policies have failed this country. The ones to fear are the lemming neocons who support fascism and this fascist regime who are bringing this country down the wrong path.

Most Americans don't believe this Administration represents their values and ethics and it is extremely evident as Bush and Cheney's popularity flushes down the toilet. We see more and more Republican incumbants jumping ship just before the 2006 election. Nobody wants to be associated with this Presidency, well except the fascists like Linda and Bear. They are what we commonly refer to as Brown Nosers however, and their ideology can be easily with those people in Germany who supported Nazism blindly.

LOL.....yea, I'm just SO sure that we're going to elect another President in 2006.....LOL

I don't believe we're going to see a massive change in EITHER house in Nov.

I think this is going to be ANOTHER big surprise for the wacko liberals, Bush haters, just like it has been EACH and EVERY time since the 1994 elections.

They go on and on about how American's want all this change....how bad Bush is, how we're going to see that anger in the polls come the next election LOL LOL LOL....

...then they sit there after each election, with mouths wide open, wondering where they FAILED....and why they LOST again.

Here is a novel idea that I guarantee an overwhelming number of Americans would support.

Let's put Bush, Cheney, Rove, DeLay, Rice, Gonzalez under oath and see what we find out about Iraq, about Katrina, about 9/11, about National Security, and so on. They continue to dance around being held accountable, scared that the truth will come out. The only thing protecting them is that they are surrounded by a corrupt Republican controlled Congress that is just as scared of going down as the Bush Administration is.

more RADICAL BS.

Thank God...people like rusty don't EVER get elected.

Remeber rusty's posts if you're undecided.

Want a dem for President or a nut case that rusty would support?

Think about that between now and 2008.

Rusty, I think it must be very difficult for those who "re-elected" Bush only to see what a complete failure he is. Especially when now judged against Clinton, Clinton looks like God.

No, KD....you must be projecting YOUR feelings on to me.

I don't feel that way at all.

Do you have trouble speaking for yourself....and feel a need to state how you think OTHERS feel all the time?

Why don't you just speak for yourself...and let others speak their OWN feelings...

It would be a very nice change.

Actually, many... and I mean many Republicans I have encountered are absolutely embarrassed by this Administration, and have made it very clear that they want a balanced government that will administer oversight. It is about time this Administration is held accountable for their criminal behavior.

KD, the problem is that people like Linda seem to identify themselves as Conservative Republicans, but in actuality, she is a fascist neocon that is against anything to bring this country together. Linda has made it abundantly clear that her goal is to continue to promote division amongst Americans. She wants this war, she craves this war. She wants an economy of elitists, a government of world wide control. Linda wants what Hitler wanted. Now, on the flip side, true Conservatives want what is best for this country just like Liberals do, but people like Linda only thrive off of divisiveness. She can't handle it when Americans work together for a common good, otherwise she would want this Administration held accountable. It is quite clear and easy to figure her out. You don't see anyone else coming to her rescue. No Libs, No Cons, nobody... They all know she is nothing but a fascist and people don't want to have anything to do with fascism.

Rusty, Linda is a graduate of the Baghdad Bob School of Denial, which I bet she'll deny shortly.

I was channel surfing and caught the Larry King show with Clinton. Yes, he looked wonderful--and he sounded so . . . well, literate and educated! I miss having a president who can speak off the cuff intelligently instead of having to look at his notes every 5 or 6 words. God, I miss that a lot.

I agree with classic's list....but I would add...

that since clinton's such a smoooooth talker....he should go on the 'circuit' and talk to all those who have contacted HIV/AIDS and other STD's since HE informed the world....that oral sex isn't really sex.

We'll see if all who have become infected orally agree with him now or wish to discuss how WONDERFUL HIS influence on them was.

Hey everybody... if you all go back and read Linda and Bears comments on Clinton you will notice one simple thing...

Not one of their comments had anything to do with his leadership, his literacy, or any of his work that made a huge majority of Americans look towards Clinton in a positive manner. The fact remains that Clinton was still a very popular President, even when the Neocons had him against the wall. He was willing to compromise and work with a Republican congress for the good of America. You most definately cannot say that with Bush. Why? Because most Americans recognized success when they saw it. With Bush, you have Liberals, Conservatives, and most of America now realizing what a failure his policies have been for this country.

The two most important question Americans can ask themselves during the elections this year are: 1) Am I better off as a whole with Bush in office than beforehand? 2) Are American Government policies moving in a direction I want it to? 3) Will I and the next generation be burdoned with the deficit and those policies created by this Republican controlled government?

I have a good idea what they will say.

You can only screw over farmers, blue collar workers, veterans, military personel, teachers, etc for so long before they recognize the realities. Ask people what are their largest concerns are, and you will find that the top 5 can be solved by liberal ideology just like it was with Social Security, Civil Rights, and so on.

Americans are quickly realizing it through their pocketbooks. Nobody is happy with paying $4.00 for a gallon of milk, or $3.00 for gas, or a 25% increase in Insurance Premiums while watching a news report that Insurance companies are posting record profits while screwing over Katrina victims on their claims. Americans want to know that a catastrophe isn't going to be the end of their existence whether it be their lives or their livelihood. Americans work too hard to be insulted for so long by this neocon fascist ideology of the Bush Administration. Americans also realize that all the talk of Security against Terrorism has been nothing but BS. Iraq is falling apart, we all came to realize that George Bush is willing to put America's National Security for sale without regard for American sentiment. Americans recognized Bush put their security last when he placed Michael Brown as FEMA director, and the lack of preparation before Katrina and the lack of response after Katrina.

I don't recall so much backlash against any previous President back to Nixon as Bush has created.

Two = 3) in rusty's mind....just like a ton of other things that don't add up.

First...he's outdated in that the MOST recent poll show American's voting that YES they are better off now. So much for rusty's number l.

Second....yes, they are. And whether they are or NOT he's going to be our President UNTIL Jan.2009 You're just going to have to LIVE with THAT.

Third: Of the TWO things he was going to mention....is this deficit will come down just as it always has....as the economy improves and more revenue comes in from taxes paid. NOT from having our military CUT by the democrats by 40% during the clinton administration.

Of course, they might do that again....they're not much for actually DEFENDING America....either with their voices NOR with funding them.

You know what I'm talking about....our IMPROVING economy...strong growth and our continuing to decline unemployment rate. Many states have been showing SURPLUS' for months now. Course the radical liberals will NEVER see that.

Yea...[b]vote them in in November....they guarantee to RAISE your TAXES.....remove the tax rate cuts this President gave all of us....take away the marriage tax benefit...AND your child credits...AND they'll spend even more on socialized health care, more on medicare drug benefits....oh their list of 'want to do spending goes on and on'.

They'll outdo what the republicans have spent. It's their history to do so...the 'TAX and spend dems'.

Oh...and lately, in their so called 'security plan' LOL LOL ....they're going to give MORE money to our military too. Get THAT. A historical first....at least that's what they SAY.....but we know how that goes...promise the world....but then come up with an excuse on why it can't be provided.

So...if you feel you aren't being taxed quite enough.....vote for the dems in Nov.....LOL....they'll raise them for sure.

If any of you Google "are Americans better off than", you'll see none of the articles that come up say YES.

Classic, I caught it from a sailor back in the 60's. My doctor said it was the worst he'd ever seen and if I decided to ever have children, they would end up looking like house cats.

Yeah, I actually meant to go back and change the number, but a customer came in and I forgot to do so. My bad. What I meant was the three questions. Hopefully that will help Linduh with her LOL's because that is all she has. As usual, that is really the only valid argument Linda can ever come up with. Nothing else she spews is remotely correct. She of course cites some poll, but doesn't actually provide evidence that such a poll even exists to counter my opinion. The difference here Linduh is that I offer an opinion, and you offer some pseudo fact based retort, but don't bother to back it up.

The fact remains... Clinton was a Great President, well respected by Americans both liberal and conservative, and worldwide amongst other leaders and citizens abroad. He continues to work hard for what is in the best interests of America and humanity, unlike the current President.

The LOL is a nervous tic spaz attack whenever lindak realizes what a failure her guy is. The more her guy screws up the more often she's hit with the LOL attacks as she tries to defend him. It's rather humorous to watch the degree it's gone in the last few years but especially so the last few months.
