It's an enterolith. We find them in the abomasums of slaughtered goats and sheep. They really are magical.

Well...I've never heard of them. Where in the world did you hear about them?
You're not going to eat them are you?
Bezores:
A hard indigestible mass of material, such as hair, vegetable fibers, or fruits, found in the stomachs or intestines of animals, especially ruminants, and humans. It was formerly considered to be an antidote to poisons and to possess magic properties.

Hmmm, very interesting from the Wikipedia site.
A curandero (or curandera for a female) is a traditional folk healer or shaman prevalent in Latin America, and especially in Mexico and in Chicano communities in the southwestern United States. They are often respected members of the community, being highly religious and spiritual. Literally translating as "healer" from Spanish, curanderos often use herbs and other natural remedies to cure illnesses, but their primary method of healing is the supernatural. This is because they believe that the cause of many illnesses is evil spirits, the punishment of God, or a curse.
I wonder what Cheeses would have to say about that.

Seeing as how the first cheese is thought by smart persons to have probably been an accidental result of milk stored in a bag made from the stomach of a goat somwheres in the middle east, the natural rennet found in the stomach lining having a souring effect on the milk, and bezoars coming from the same caprine source, I expect the Lord Cheeses would reckon hisself kin to the bezoar stone.
But I wouldn't care to say for sure, no.
