Hey everyone... I guess all the hallmark sentiment, coffee commercials, and messages back home from the troops got me in the sentimental mood and thinking my old band of b*tching battling freaks and family so.... what's been going on? Who is doing what? Who is new to the family, who has gone MIA, how many new munchkins and grandmunchkins have joined the frey... gimmee dirt peoples!!
As for me, when last we visited I had just met an incredible artist that I was teaming up with to do some work with. In the past 3 or 4 months what was an idea of "a couple projects" has evolved into two completely different businesses, both fun beyond words. We had planned to buy an existing store in a local mall two weeks ago but at the last minute things went south. At the time we were both crushed but once we got past it we realized it would have been a huge mistake and we were very lucky it crashed. The store was drastically under utilized poorly run and well... ugly as sin but of course all we saw was potential. We could have turned it around immediately but why bother buying something we have to rehabilitate when we can instead start from the ground up and come out of the gates with exactly what we want it to be. Sure we are going to have to build a reputation from 0 but I figure it will be much easier to build a fresh one than try to rehab an established not so stellar one (there are only so many preconceived notions an "Under New Management" sign can override).
Looks like we will be opening the new one in Feb. December is going to be wind down, rest, relax, and conceptualize month. In January we are going to come back together with (hopefully) fresh brains, healthy bodies (both got sick the day after everything fell apart, I'm still getting my butt kicked by whatever it is that invaded my lungs)and renewed energy. In the meantime, I hope to get on here, do some catching up, and hearing about some of your adventures.
Are Helen and Linda still bickering like sisters? Is Miss Mags still the flirtatious vamp she always was? Are Bear, Red and the like still picking on Peepa and is Peepa still saying that large scale layoffs at financially failing companies are evidence of corporate greed? Was Cheryl stamping out voter fraud in Cincinnati and fighting the good fight as usual?
My mothers birthday was November 7th. I worked very hard to get her a new government. Hope you will all enjoy it as much as she does.

And hellen loves me so much she continues to post about me on the ross board...where I've NEVER joined.
Oh....and helen doesn't post HERE anymore. ROFLMHO.....least that's what she CLAIMED. lol lol lol

Still upset that you were kicked off the OTWA after all these much. The OTWA does allow free speach, but you did not live up to the user agreement.

The truth is that hate speech and outrageous disruption is not allowed at OTWA. Difference of opinion however is not discouraged. If you were not banned, you could see that other more reasonable conservatives still post there.

In fact the forum became even more disruptive because of you being so rude to everyone in your path while you copied and pasted everything everyone else said and then tore it to pieces after you twisted it to bits. Those 2 guys are still picking their noses. These losers have very little to say of importance any longer. Their red neck NEW-CON views were proved wrong and insignificant on 11/07/06.
