I am not in the "loop" about this sort of thing but O just don't get it!
I am aware that many lesbians adopt children - Rosie and her partner have a gaggle (grin) of children.

I am aware of this ...
It is used often in the medical field. Many women and men could not conceive their off spring otherwise.
However this baby is not going to be the off spring of her partner- not thinking she can produce sperm.
OF COURSE I KNOW SHE WAS ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATED
BTW - It is done to cows all the time.
Otherwise those Bulls would die trying to keep up.
