When my uncle, who was in the Navy came to visit us, we could not interest him in a boat cruise. I notice that you appear to look back fondly on those days aboard your ship, Classic. If I had the opportunity Christmas would be spent on a boat in the harbor. Good photo, Classic!
Now that we can't play the Santa Claus game our Christmas will be less traditional.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all!

Mingo...it's Christmas! Kids opening prezzies, me opening my prezzies, lots of people eating and drinking and laughing and playing games and watching sappy movies and eating some more and crying at seeing Christmas through the eyes of the babies and crying at old memories of Christmas's past and a tear or two for those missing... and prezzies and fun fun fun. I have already peeked at one of my prezzies under the tree.. LOL.. waited for hubby to go to bed then carefully unwrapped one...just one and took a peek..it's a new digital camera and docking station..then re-wrapped it again..so he'll never know..
Nice big bottle of Bailey's and christmas cookies and chocolates...
I love Christmas
LOL.. no VD's as far as I know.. just VD posters!

"I notice that you appear to look back fondly on those days aboard your ship, Classic.
If I wasnt so serious about my high school sweetheart at the time,I thought about making the Navy a career.Actually I joined the Navy Reserve when I was a junior in high school when I was 17. We had to do 2 weeks military duty a year until I graduated, then I would go on active duty for two years.I'll never forget the 2 weeks I did in Mayport, fla, which is near Jacksonville in August 1963.Im walking along the beach looking for a restroom.I finally come upon one and they had 3 doors with these signs above them
"men"
"women"
"colored people"
I stood there flabbergasted,I must have stood there looking at those signs for 5 minutes,I couldnt believe what I was reading. No matter how long ago an incident happens, there are some things in life you never forget, and that was one of them.
PROFE-GREAT JOB Did you use Adobe Photo?

Photoshop, yep...just a quicky, there's lots more that could be corrected with more time. I like fixing up old photos, glad you like it.
