Last Xmas eve,I attended a wedding at the bridegrrom home,food was catered by an Indonesian woman and the cuisine is Malaysian fare.
Now there is a desert with tapioca with mild coconut taste,it is both kind of chewy and gummy.
How did she do it?How did she make the tapioca slices chewy and gummy??
