Hillary Clinton, Major U.S Presidential candidate has chosen a Celine Dion song as her campaign theme song. Clinton today named You and I by Quebecer Celine Dion as her new campaign song.

On a related note, members of the Quebec separatist party, the Parti Quebecois-refused to stand and applaud seven Canadian soldiers bound for Afghanistan.

All of this got me thinking, if all the major Democrats could outsource their theme songs, I wonder what would they choose, below are ten:

10. Dennis Kucinich- Some Guys Get All The Luck by Scottish Rod Stewart: The Perfect song for the man who once encouraged CNN to run a contest where the winner ‘won’ a date with him. Kucinich, who wants the Department of Defense renamed the Department of peace, was one of the first ranking Democrats to criticize the War in Iraq. Now that the war is wildly unpopular, one would expect Kucinich to be rising in popularity. This of course is not the case which must leave ole Dennis wondering why, ‘Some Guys Get All the Luck.”

09. Jimmy Carter- Mean Mr. Mustard by the British invasion, The Beatles: It is hard to find a better theme song for the former President whose daily denouncements of Israel are becoming a national shame. The lyrics “Mean Mister Mustard sleeps in the park
Shaves in the dark trying to save paper Such a mean old man Such a mean old man” fit the former President perfectly.

08. Michael Moore- Dirty Man by Australian Rock band, The Living End: “Dirty man thinks he can get away with it Not too bright where's the light The occupant of his mind Clean man, dirty thoughts should know better After time he will find That things don't work out his way.” The lyrics really could be a diatribe on Mikey Moore’s life

07. Ted Kennedy- Immigrant Punk by Gypsy punk band, Gogol Bordello: “Despite the living up in USA I'm still holding up in all my ways, So I'm relaxed, I'm just lurking around.” Of course the illegal immigrant in the song is relaxed; he has Senator Amnesty working to grant him legal status.

06. Bill Richardson- Walk On by Irish rockers, U2: With poll numbers hovering around the equator it is about time for Richardson to consider walking on to a new job audition because this one is not going well.

05. John Murtha- Angry by British Paul McCartney : “I can't begin to tell you all the reasons why you're making me crazy. I've got so many answers like you're stupid, like you're crooked, like you're lazy.” Those lyrics sound more like an off the cuff remark from Murtha than a Paul McCartney song.

04. John Edwards- If I Had $1000000 by Canadian rock band, The Barenaked Ladies: If he had a million dollars Senator Edwards could afford a month’s mortgage, a few hair cuts and possibly still have a few dollars left over to start building the bridge between the two America’s that he and his limousine liberal friends so passionately lecture the rest of us on.

03. Nancy Pelosi- Looking For A Leader by Canadian Neil Young : “Lookin' for a Leader To bring our country home Re-unite the red white and blue.” These lyrics mirror the hopes of Democrats when Nancy Pelosi became Speaker Pelosi. Months into her term as Speaker of the House, Democrats are still singing the same song, desperately looking for their leader as their disappointment with Pelosi grows. The Quebec Separatist Party that refuses to applaud soldiers going to war might offer up some enticing future Democrat leaders.

02. Harry Reid- Train Wreck by Canadian Sarah McLachlan: “Cause I'm a train wreck Waiting to happen . A wild fire born of frustration.” With a 19 % approval rating, I’d say this song just about covers the job Reid is doing.

01. Barack Obama – Like A Virgin by British Adoptee Madonna: While Madonna is American born, she now calls Britain home and has married a Brit. Is there a better song for the inexperienced Obama? I think not….

So appropriate.

yep, now old hillary has gone 'hollywood' - and as also appropriate....chosen the Sopranos to identify with.

LOL That's how desperate the liberals have become. "Let me entertain you" comes to mind as a theme song for all of them. lol

I wonder which one of the Republicans will use the theme from the Beverly Hillbillies as their campaign song.

Absolute faith has been shown, consistently, to breed intolerance. And intolerance, history teaches us, again and again, begets violence.

The duty of a patriot in this time and place is to ask questions, to demand answers, to understand where our nation is headed and why. If the answers you get do not suit you, or if they frighten you, or if they anger you, it is your duty as a patriot to dissent. Freedom does not begin with blind acceptance and with a flag. Freedom begins when you say 'No.'

So that means your campaign song, would be "Dueling Banjos" from Deliverance.
