But, in an exclusive interview with Ralphie Reporter, Ole "Twenty Dollar" insisted it was all just a simple misunderstanding!
"You see, Ralph, when the undercover cop & I were in the bathroom stall together, I noticed that the toilet paper roll dispenser was empty! So, innocently, I offered him $20 for a "roll" -- It's obvious that I expected him to leave the stall and drive to the nearest Winn-Dixie and buy a ROLL of TP for $20. See? Twas all a simple misunderstanding!"
