Very easy and made a big hit, especially the penguins. I cut a small wedge in the jumbo olives before piping cream cheese into it (just used a baggie with a corner cut off). You can also use pimento strips for a scarf around the neck. The cheese ball recipe is just O.K. Any cheese ball recipe would work just as well.
