Read this in one of the NY newspapers this morning:
The New York based Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America released their report card for Congressional members.
John McCain got a D on Veterans' Affairs for not showing up for 6 of 9 important votes on veterans issues and for not voting for the new GI bill.
Obama and Biden got B's. Obama missed 3 of 9 votes, but was an ardent supporter of the new GI bill and crossed the aisle to work tirelessly to try to get it passed. Ineresting....
