Hi!
Are their any FREE ones out there that offer simple 'yes' and 'no' answers and creates the page?
I want to be able to edit photos and text...
HELP...I just am overwhelmed about how to design it...I have ZERO creativity in this area.

Carole,
It is really VERY simple...the FEAR of jumping in is a LOT worse than actually doing a site.
I don't know of any that have yes & no but if you want to email me at my auctionwatch email account, I'll be more than happy to walk you through the basics.
Trust me, I went from not being able to spell HTML to having my own large site up in about a month. It's mainly point & click w/tools like Front Page..heck you can even use MS Word.
The first thing you need to do is find a place that will let you host a site for free. I'm not sure if Geocities or Xoom or some of them still have freebies. I know some ISP's like AT&T give you free website space with your account.
Please, I KNOW how scary it was to take those first tiny steps, but in no time, you'll be creating them like a pro.

As for programs you run on your computer, I'd suggest MS Publisher. I don't use it personally since it is very limited, but it will do the job for you in the way you are asking.
When you are ready to try building a site from scratch, pick up a copy of NetObjects Fusion at www.netobjects.com. You'll find it powerful, yet easy to use.
