I'm trying to track down a person that I haven't seen or talked to since high school. It is extremely important that I find him. I know his first, middle and last name and his date of birth. I know his birth year within a year. I know his parents names. The family moved out of this area twenty plus years ago. I know that he joined the Army in 1978 but I'm not sure if he's still in the military. I've heard that he was divorced while living in California in 1986 or 87 but I don't know which city he lived in - or if he's still in that state.
Any ideas of how I can use this info to start the search - or, where to start? Is there a site on the web that might help? I've got to find him asap and would be willing to pay for a service to help but I don't want to waste my time (or money) unless I'm sure they're a legit service. Any ideas are appreciated.

Have you tried classmates.com? Tons and tons of people list themselves on there to keep up with reunion stuff and what not.. might be a place to start?
