marwin...I concur with most of what you say, with one addition. There is no greater assistance a person can receive than his or her own ambition and drive. If you look at any large company today, you will find they all started with one or two people, with a small amount of money and a large desire to succeed.
With that in mind, I think an Administration that makes it easier for small companies to thrive & expand without being burdened with taxes and penalties would help more small companies grow into bigger companies which provide more employment and benefit opportunties for others.
