Arnold is considering running for Governor of California.
California is strongly Democratic, and he is a Conservative Rebublican. Do you think he has a chance just because of his name and who he is?

Isn't Pete Wilson a Republican? George Pataki, the Republican gov. of NY -- also a Democrati stronghold -- is in his second term. Reagan was elected to two terms in CA. Does Arnie stand a chance? I think he stands an excellent chance. 45% of the state would probably vote for him just because he's Ahh-nold. It would only be a matter of swinging a few percent more. That's what I think, anyway.

Yea, and his wife is a Democrat!

Republicans also think there's a chance of a Republican Governor, because they're placing all the blame of the energy crisis on Gray Davis. Then we go back to the Democrats who say it started with Pete Wilson.

According to krs, Bush was born at Yale, probably in the Registrar's
office. Unfortunately, they decided to keep him.

If the maroons here in Minnesota can elect Jesse Ventura anything is possible.

Aren't Maria and Arnold breaking up over this? Seems I heard that on one of the cable news networks, that their marriage was ending, partly because he wants to run on the GOP ticket, and well, that's an embarrassment to the Kennedy Demo Club, specifically since Bobby died in Cali.

Anyone else heard anything?
