I don't normally watch much T.V., but I saw one the other day that cracked me up.
It was with Bob Dole and it started out the same way his commercial did for erectile dysfunction. It turned out to be a commercial for Pepsi. Has anyone else seen this? Everytime I thing of this I get the giggles!
Anyone else have any favorites?

The only ones that come to mind are the ones that I hate!
I can't hit the "mute" button fast enough when a Taco Bell commercial comes on -- just about any Taco Bell commercial. Their ad agency seems to think portraying their clientele as rude, fatuous idiots is going to be a big sell. I especially hate the one that uses the Queen "We Will Rock You" song.
Another one I hate is for some brand of toilet tissue, I can't remember which. I don't care if it is a cartoon, that the character is a bear and not a person, and that the camera is in a close-up on his face, I don't want to see someone wiping their @ss on TV!
The Bob Dole one sounds funny.

Oh I HATE that Taco Bell commercial you are referring too, they were advertising "Gordita Crunches".
I saw a funny one this weekend for some sort of "Shop Vac", I dont know if it's a local ad or nationwide. The woman is in the store and the clerk tells her that it cleans up even the biggest garbage messes. She gets home and her boyfriend/husband/otherhalf is slobbing on the couch, watching sports and dropping food all over the place. She starts sweeping up around him with this new vac and he says "You missed a spot" and she promptly sucks him up inthe the vacuum. I thought it was pretty funny

The Bob Dole commercial was one of the better ones first shown during the Super Bowl.
I mute commercials. But, I do appreciate it when a creative one comes along.
On Discovery, they are running some funny Life is Better with Animals commercials. I especially like the one where a guy is choking on a hot dog and a ram does a running Heimlich on him. The man's dog is right there to catch the dislodged hot dog. At the end, it shows the dog perking up when he hears his owner coughing again.
As I type this it, it sounds gross, but it really is very funny stuff.

I like Hudson River Dance and Green Bay Watch. Mostly for the look on the womans face. Taco
Bell should get the dog back and fire whoever is doing these new commercials.

Oh OK here's one that cracks me up consistently -- for Payday candybars.
It's spoofing an aerial surveillance of a criminal fleeing the police in a big Payday van, then suddenly the van skids to a stop and the announcer says something like, "This is it -- he's making a break for it," and suddenly an elephant bursts out of the truck and starts running for all he's worth. Gives me a chuckle every time.

I loved the Snickers commercial that ran before the election. The one with the guy in the voting booth and the Elephant on one shoulder and the Donkey on the other. The elephant says something like "I wear my daddy's pants," and the donkey says "I invented pants." Something along those lines, but every time I saw that commercial, it cracked me up!

chmaas: I liked that one too.
My all time favorite has to be the one for lightbulbs. The lady is vacumming her floor around the cat. The lights go off and all you hear is the cat, "MEOW!!!". I haven't seen it in years, but I still giggle when I think about it.

Do y'all remember the one (I think it was for some brand of vacuum cleaner) where the cat sneezes, and ALL of his hair goes flying off?? Loved that one!
If you ever watch Fox Sports, they have a series of commercials for "foreign sports". It's to push their regional sports report. They're pretty dark humor, so I won't get into them in detail...but the guy trying to catch the big tree just kills me everytime I see it!

No one has seen the commercial for "Smirnoff Ice"? (whatever the he&& that is!)
The guys go back to camp and find the bear going thru the cooler with the booze in it...the guys freak, and one says "Wait..I have honey!!! Here Bear!!" and proceeds to squirt the honey all over his buddy!!!...
I LMAO every time I see it!!!

I think the 7up ones are funny the first couple of times I see them. I like almost any one with dogs or cats in them.

Oh yeah, the 7-up commercials with the black guy from Mad T.V. I can't remember his name. He is so funny!
