Question to Ponder:

If you could have a romance with any fictional character, who would it be?

Okay, this may sound corny, but I've always loved Harrison Ford's character Indiana Jones. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that Harrison Ford plays him, but the character is so sexy and lovable!

I'll have to ponder this question a little more to see if there is anyone else I come up with, but meanwhile, who would you pick?

Barry,

Forget Indiana Jones - if you get Snow White, can I have Prince Charming?

cmhaas,

Of course you can have Prince Charming. Please take Prince Charming. Anything to get rid of Prince Charming.

Barry (with Prince Charming out of the way us dwarfs stand a better chance of romance with Snow White) Barris

Barry, remember Tawdry, and Sleazy these
are a couple of lesser known dwarfs. Are
you sure you are #8?

I'd like one each of the following.
James Bond w/whipped cream!

Indiana Jones, w/chocolate sauce!

Barry Barris w/peeps!!

If we are going to fantasize Romance
let's really fantasize....!!!!

Speaking of peeps and Barry in the same breath...I was in the store today and saw all of the different colored peeps and started laughing. My husband looked at me funny and I said nevermind. I think he's really starting to believe I've gone around the bend!

Ok, back on topic: Val Kilmer in The Saint, to die for!

Too bad polygamy is illegal --there are a lot of characters I'd go for.

Jervis Pendleton (Fred Astaire) in "Daddy Long-Legs
Cyrano (Jose Ferrer) in "Cyrano de Bergerac"
Edward Rochester (Michael Jayston) in "Jane Eyre"
Nick Charles (William Powell) in the "Thin Man" movies
John Robie (Cary Grant) in "It Takes a Thief"

the list could go on forever

Isn't making polygamy illegal an unacceptable

Sorry to interrupt the train of thought here, but WHAT THE HELL ARE PEEPS?

And I have to agree with Xardon on at least 80% of his choices.

Since I've already stretched the rules by selecting a virtual harem in lieu of a singular feminine ideal, I see no reason not to add Muriel to the list.

Iswanson,

Peeps are those little pastel colored marshmallow chicks most often seen in Easter baskets. They engender surprising animosity and equally baffling affection among a number of our fellow posters. The list could have been a lot longer, BTW.

Only appealing to me in a certain movie role:

Johnny Depp in Don Juan De Marco

Appealing to me in most roles:

Jimmy Stewart and Gary Cooper

Michael York...sexy speaking voice...Three Muskateers...and I actually waited on him as a cashier in a grocery store once.

The way Gerard Depardeiu looked at Andey McDowel in a certain scene in the movie Green Card. Amazingly sexy for a homely guy.
