Poor Jeb, more than 92% of the black voters in Florida disapprove of him, and he doesn't understand why. In fact, it drove him to tears the other day. For real.

Ohhhhhh...I am feeling sooooo, soooooo very ill....point me to the toilet bowl, someone....
You realize THAT is the man in charge of creating the NEW voting apparatus for Florida...and he feels that MOST of it is still ADEQUATE...The poorer neighbourhoods could not possibbly afford the digital type... (from NPR News)

I don't see why we coast to coast don't use the same or similar voting method as Canada which I understand they use. A piece of paper using "x" to mark the candidate of choice.
