Clinton snuk in a lot of little changes in the last few minutes of his Presidency besides Pardons: he snuk in a provision expanding Medicare medical coverage to the nation's neediest kids at the schools. Unfortunately for now-Pres. Bush, he has to recind that provision and dissappoint all of those sick kids. Afterall, how can he push through his 1.6 TRILLION DOLLAR tax-cut if someone keeps giving out "hand-outs" to the poor? How will he deliver his $688,000,000,000.00 hand-out - opps! "Hand-Up", I mean, to the nation's industrious top 1% if the lazy poor keep getting in his way? Darn that Clinton sneak!

BTW: it was recently mentioned on CNN news that the government figures that anyone earning $900,000.00 a year or more is in the top 1%.

Well said Borillar!

In addition, the republican constituency can't gaurantee that tax cut, Due in part to the fact that it was derived from the economic climate previous to the recent down turn. Why must our choice of a leader result from the lesser of 2 evils. I have often wondered if the original framers of the constitution were here today, if they would be active participants in a rebellion or over throw!

Why must our choice of a leader result from the lesser of 2 evils.

As long as people vote against a candidate rather than for one, it will always be this way.

Wrong. You can vote for anyone you wish to, including yourself.
