I totally agree with MyBid. I have to stick the F word in there as many times as possible and even make up some new words. It really helps

Oh and this one is helpful in lots of situations, mostly I use it when my cats wake me ON PURPOSE by knocking EVERYTHING off my desk and sending it all crashing to the floor. I get up, pick them up and close them out of my room, exclaiming:
