I know this might sound stupid, but is there someone who would be willing to accept a package for me that lives in the US?
I have a friend in the US who doesn't mind doing this for me, but she's been in Vermont caring for her sick mom....now I'm at a loss.
I can pay you through Paypal to have the item sent to me (I'm in Canada)......

I had my camera bag one time at the border and the customes agent decided to inspect every piece in it as it was all japanese equipment. Well I had bought a new lens and
it was not listed in the equipment I had an old declaration sheet I kept in my bag.
The guy acted like he had really caught me out on something - a real pain in the butt.
I don't enjoy argueing so I took the offending lens off the counter threw it straight down on the concrete floor as hard as I could which was hard enough to make it flat on one side and break ever piece of glass in it. I put it back up on the counter and said you are right I did not document it so it's yours now. You got anything else to complain about today? He got rid of me pretty fast. I think he was pretty sure I was nuts.
I was not going to give it to him to sell at auction after stealing it from me.
