What's that MEAN?
I see this statement - but do not see any statement that they will not try to back track who you are through your ISP and e-mail address. I do not see a seperate privacy statement. In the absence of a clear statement that they will not try to ID me I would not report anything on this system if I were a computer savy student. I would think OK they are going to weasel out of it by saying they are obligated to report it legally and that conforms to the statment made.
