OK - a new, non-combative thread ...

Any haunted places in your town? Any worthy of the FEAR crew?

Not in my town, that I know of, but definitely the Mansfield Reformatory in Ohio that we were discussing on a previous thread. What a creepy place!! I just purchased the newest book in the series "Haunted Ohio" and there is a story in there about the reformatory. I won't be going there any time soon!

In Cleveland, there is "Franklin Castle". A big, old, victorian brick home about a half mile away from Downtown Cleveland. It's beautiful. There are several stories about that place. Someone was murdered there of course. The place went through many different owners. One was supposedly a nazi reform party back in the 40's and 50's I think. The place has alot of secret passages from what I hear. They use to has tours through the place, but there was a fire a couple years ago. So its been closed for renovations. I don't have the book with me, I'll come back later when I do to give you more of the low-down on the House. I also have a eerie story about a cementary I went to. I 'll tell it when I have more time.
