I want to send my sister a gift voucher for garden plants for her birthday. She lives not far from Houston, and I wondered if anyone knows a nursery that delivers plants, and or does gift vouchers?

Her birthday is next week...

Did you try Home Depot? They have stores everywhere. That way your sis can get garden accessories too.

Thanks for your EXCELLENT suggestion, but....

unfortunately, Home Depot said "We're sorry, we cannot process orders billed to non-U.S. credit cards. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you."

Any other ideas, please?
