http://www.cnn.com/2001/ALLPOLITICS/04/03/bush.ap/index.html?s=7

Hopping a helicopter out of Washington, President Bush was able to focus briefly on his noncontroversial education proposals Tuesday rather than headaches over China and tax cuts.

Now, just when we have a crisis on the Chinese front and enormous battles in Congress over Campaign Finance Reform and the $680,000,000,000 HANDOUT to the Top 1% of wealthiest Americans, they send BushBoy off on the road to talk to kindergardners.

WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE WHITE HOUSE IF THE PRESIDENT ISN'T?

Maybe he'll get lost and never find his way back! (It is within the realm of possibility you know!)

I think Dubya's evolving some, but he needs a shave and a haircut.

Thanks for reminding us, Femme, that something could be worse.

They understand his language...and he understands theirs.

From the article:

"Bush kept to his jokey and self-deprecating manner on Tuesday."

LOL.....as if he had a choice.

I'm not a big fan of Dubya....this should come as no surprise.

However, at this time I am praying (yep, I said the P word) that he is smarter than he has been shown to be or, at the very least, willing to listen to people smarter than he is.

Why? Well, because I am just sick about our people being held in China (at this point, screw the plane, get our people OUT) and I do believe it will be up to Dubya to do it.

I'm rooting for him with everything I've got.

I predict that this will go on for a while longer. China, as well as the rest of the world, are all trying to see who and what these jackasses in our government are going to do. Since Bush has no foreign policy or diplomatic experience and Dick Cheney's is all oil related experience, no one has a clue as to what they would do in a REAL crisis! So, the Chinese will make Bush say Please and then after a while, it'll be "With Sugar on it" and then, who knows? Maybe the Chinese will get tired of exposing the fools and let everything get back to business. Maybe, the democrats in congress will do like the GOP did with Iran and the Embassy Hostages during Carter and bribe China to gold onto the hostages ... opps, CREW of the aircraft in order to embarrass Bush more than he is already doing.

In the meantime, sit back and let's PRAY that they ask Bush to resign and put Gore in there to take charge of things.

Your lack of insight, pride and honor distress me. But after 8 yrs of hate mongering being spouted from the former individuals who served us as our president and essentially dumbdown America, I'm not at all suprised. While you are praying, please pray for insight and awarness and the ability to recognize honesty and real American pride.

I agree with you 100%, the damage raygun did to the country Clinton almost fixed. I guess the American people were tired of working good jobs, and making money in the stock market. Live and learn again I guess.
