Barry(V-8)Barris...looks like you have a well
balanced diet in there...especially the
Marshmallow fluff and chocolate syrup...can
I come over to your house for lunch. My frig
is kinda empty tomorrow is grocery shopping
day.
We do have milk, OJ, Grapefruit juice,Diet Iced Tea and diet gingerale, Cottage cheese, sliced american cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs and 1/2 can of cat food (just in case I'm desperate for a snack)ha, ha!
I practice safe eating and always use condiments...so there is dijon mustard, home made sweet cucumber relish, ketchup, pickles (sweet and dill) horseradish, tobasco sauce etc., Oh and a small lean roast beef for dinner tonight and of course broccoli and carrots.

barry(nutrition is not my middle name) barris- what is all that frozen stuff? is it snickers bars and mini-pizzas? or is it bags of frozen margarita mix?

actually barry has been quite straightforward about his eating/drinking habits. i'll give you 2 to 1 that is definitely not light miracle whip. is it barry(the cholesterol king) barris?

barry(I thought you were pissed when I saw frig)barris: You can come over anytime, but you might not like my food. Organic applesauce and yogurt, tofu, tvp, soy cheese, veggie pepperoni slices, milk, water, fuji apples, romaine lettuce, carrots, leftover brown rice, leftover tvp chili, horseradish, soy spread, and bread.

Nutrition isn't my thing, but I have TVP too. Not in the fridge (it's in the cupboard). I use it to stretch ground beef - half a pound of ground beef, whip up a half pound equal of TVP, and the family never knows the difference. Besides saving $$$, it's healthier. It's Textured Vegetable Protein, but that's about all I know about it.
The rest of that healthy stuff she listed ... well, she can keep it. heh
Our fridge...standard stuff like milk, oj, butter, chocolate syrup, mayo, ketchup, etc, plus leftover Tamale Pie from last night and a produce drawer full of my husband's seeds that he collects to plant someday. LOL

Ahhh, Barry about your refrigerator...it really is tooooo neat. I bet you don't have
anything really old in there do you? That is
almost unAmerican!!

Geez, you guys have real food in your fridges! Is that what you're supposed to keep in there? Mine is mainly a repository for wine and Pepsi.
I too adhere to the four basic food groups:
1. Fat
2. Salt
3. Cholesterol
4. Additives
posted on April 7, 2001 11:37:17 AM
Some of my favorite additives:
Polysorbate...
Guar Gum (does it loose its flavor on the bedpost over night?)
MSG...love those throbbing headaches! (I've got rhythm...)

Hey our Fridge is clean man-very VERY clean. My teenage daughter spent hours cleaning on it yesterday. The poor girl is sitting here laughing and saying "what else do I have to do on a saturday night than clean Mom's fridge. NO DATE AAAAHHHH!!!!!"

Barry~ first of all I dunno about others but I spell it fridge! (haha) Usually frig comes after a missed putt.
Son, you got some major league carbs loaded up there! Check your pancreas!
My frig has eggs, meat, cheese, cream, diet soda, sugar free yogurt, condiments. Not much else. My last blood serum (3/2001) was cholesterol 142,good cholesterol great , bad cholesterol low.
Atkins rules. Been on Atkins it for over two years, the blood work proves the theory.
