Let's nuke 'em. That ought to cut down on the evil precipitates carried by the prevailing winds.
But first we East Coasters ought to take out the entire Midwest for spewing all that obnoxious sulfur dioxide into the air (from their coal fired power plants and their outmoded smokestack industries).
Yeah, that's the ticket. Start with the Midwest and just work westward.

I agree entirely with you about the midwest. They should be gathered together into camps in order to limit the horrendous damage that they and their flatulent cows do to the ozone each day. It's being wasted. One farm's cows produce enough methane gas every day to blow China to kingdom come, or at least to cause it to fly over the moon.
