My registration and visit (posting) to Auctionwatch.com will be just this once for the purpose of posting this advisory.

Advisory

The following advisory shall be applicable to specific userID's and related activity occurring on Auctionwatch.com

1. The person or persons presently posting here on Auctionwatch.com using the screen name (userID) "Scanjoon" and "scanJoon," is/are not the same person using the "Scanjoon" userID on the Baypal.com site.

2. Excluding my present and limited use of the userID "OriginalScanjoon" to post this advisory, any other present or future use of the term "Scanjoon" or "scaanjoon," or any derivative thereof, is not and will not be the same person using the "Scanjoon" userID on the Baypal.com site.

3. Any present or future userID containing the term "scanjoon," or any derivative thereof, is not and will not be the same person using the "Scanjoon" userID on the Baypal.com site.

4. Any posted information or comments made by any person using any userID that appear to be that of the person known as "Scanjoon" on Baypal.com, is to be considered coincidental or intentionally deceptive.

The screen name (userID) the person(s) here on AW selected might be one of those rare coincidences, but consider the following.

The term "scanjoon" is actually spelled s-c-a-a-n-j-o-o-n and is old Irish-Gaelic language. Undoubtedly, the use of the term and language can be considered extremely unusual since there are not many Gaelic speaking people in the world population. I have known of and have used the term (scaanjoon) since childhood, a term often used in stories told by my late Gaelic-speaking Irish grandmother.

Thank you,

The Original Scanjoon

We've had several instances of the use of Irish- Gaelic terms here, mrssantaclaus, despite the statement above that it is " extremely unusual since there are not many Gaelic speaking people in the world population".

added 'it is'

Hello and goodbye Original. I hate to see you leave so quickly.

After reading the 8 subsequent post of the Scanjoon imposter I did think that it appeared a bit too mivooooonish (another Irish Gaelic term) to have been the genuine article.

Some things really are transparent.

Interesting.

I'm not the brightest bulb in the pack when it comes to picking up on multiple ID's, but when reading 'our' scanjoon's comments, my impression was that it was not the same person using that ID over there.

I must be getting better.

I do have a gut feeling about the scanjoon over there (whom I like, BTW), but, mums the word. I've been known to be wrong.

I thought the scanjoon here and the scanjoon there seemed different. This one is more uptight than that one.
