Taking a first step to reduce the rate of highway accident related deaths, Cuba has declared that it's only home originated automotive product, an SUV, will no longer be allowed to enter upon the Great Fidel Castro Superhighway which runs from Havana to a dead end 40 miles away. The vehicle, shown below, has been deemed topheavy and subject to unexpected rollover at speeds in excess of 60 mph.

This ban is expected to have far reaching consequences--affecting trade and the agricultural economy of Cuba.

I hope that animal has an airbag in back. Wouldn't want to see any implantations.
