We have moved home once again, and oh I really like this venue. My yes and we even have an airconditioned section for Mouse and an open fire for us Aussies who are coming into winter. LOL

I have started the fire and it is toasty warm in my part of the room. LOL 
I am only in for a short while tonight, as I have a mountain of paperwork to finish.  Now I know that I shouldn't talk about work while attending an opening night at the party, but unfortunatly it is a fact of life and must be attended to. 
How has your day been Mouse, mine has been mega busy, and the phones are still ringing even though it is 7:30pm. Some people are just plain rude, don't they know this is my play time. haha

I had a busy day myself. I had to drive Mom around since she has no truck anymore. Plus I had to run some errands myself. I finally got my appeal sent in, since I finally got the doctor's part last Friday. I also have a return to work date, provided they get it set up in time. It's June 1st, but that's not a normal workday for me. So it will probably be the 4th. Did I tell you about the lay-offs last week?

I am sure your mother appreciates you driving her around. As my sisters' and I would say, you are being the good daughter. LOL haha
It will be good for you to get back to work, not just from the money side of things but just so that you can start to mix with your workmates again, and it will get you out of the house more often. Yes you did tell me about the layoffs, but to be honest I really do not see that they can put you off, if that is what you are still worried about. It would not be a wise move legally or morally on the companies part to put someone off so soon after they have just come back from a lengthy sick leave. So I would not even think of that angle, and just relax and enjoy going back to work.
How is your dad doing??
I have to go now, but I will try and get back in about a half hour or so and see if you or anyone else is about. My phone is going crazy, and I know I should not complain, but this is only early in the season and I keep thinking that if they are like this now, so early in the season what the hell are they going to be like when it gets freezing cold.

Dad's doing much better, thanks for asking! His knee brace should come off soon and he's looking much perkier. He's even cracking jokes again. For example, he called last week with an idea on what to get Mom for Mother's Day...Viagra for Dad! LOL That's my pop!
Ok, I'll see you in a bit. I need to go out and do some packaging I've been putting off all evening. It's just too darn miserable to do anything around here.

Hello Enchanted no need to sneak, you are always welcome. LOL
Sorry I was so long Mouse but when I am working sometimes I get too engrossed in what I am doing and forget everything else. I only ever seem to get time to do all my paperwork at night, when things are a bit calmer and someone else is around to answer the phone.
We seem to have lost Bob I think he is still out on that damn golf range somewhere. I wonder if you can post a missing in action report for someone lost on the golf range. ROTF

That's ok Netta, I've been keeping myself busy. Speaking of eBay, I had to yell at my family tonight about how this is a business and they need to take it seriously! They seem to think just because I'm on the computer that I'm goofing off. Not true anymore.
I'm beginning to think we need to file a missing persons report on Pharlap too!

Did you forget that Pharlap told us that she would not be coming in much, because she had to work some late hours over the next couple of weeks.
All you have to do is have a couple of windows open on your computer and when one of your family members comes by, just quickly change over to an auction. That way they will never know you are goofing off. LOL

I am sure that Pharlap said she had a couple of weeks late shift and not finishing until around midnight. Anyway I am sure that she will pop in for a visit when she can. I guess it is just getting to be a busy time for more than a couple of us.

It can happen that way sometimes Pharlap, sometimes you think you are going to get some really great things and it is just crap, and other times you find a real gem in amoung the crap. They are the times you are grateful that you took the time to go and look. LOL

Sorry but I have to call it a night. I still have a mini mountain of work to do and the little pixies don't seem to be coming to do it for me. LOL
I will try and get in tomorrow night, but if I don't I will be in the night after. It just depends on how much work I can get through tonight.

Mouse - I would much rather be in your position... it's been a bit cold here the last couple of nights. Driving home tonight there was even a little fog on the road! (rare in my neck of the woods)
In case you hadn't guessed I'm not a big fan of the cooler weather! (brrrrr...)
