Since I was going on vacation for 3 weeks, I closed all my auctions on Bidville before leaving. After coming back I rapid relisted my $1.00 items and the nextt day I was going to relist some of the others.
SURPRISE!!! Nothing was left!!! All my closed auctions are gone!!! I contacted BidVille to ask what happened to them. They answered right away to tell me that they delete all closed auctions after 30 days. I had no idea. What a bummer!!!
So, if you go on vacation, don't leave your unsold, closed auctions sit idle for over 30 days. If you do, you will have to enter everything again.

BidVille really needs to know that this time allowance of 4 weeks is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE to us. What are they thinking????

It sounds like Bidville doesn't have enough database resources.
What about auctions where there is a winning bidder? Are they also removed after 30 days? If so, is there a way to still leave feedback? If it is an international transaction, 30 days is too short a period to get it completed in some cases.

Oh No! I've lost some descriptions then. Bad move Bidville. 30 days is too short of time for some of us to relist. UGH!
