Please be careful out there. Wouldn't want any of my family and friends to get hurt this way.

That is a good warning, but I'm afraid that it is an urban legend. It is a classic "let's see how many people will forward this" email.
Classic symptom of hoax letter "looked for this in the "hoaxes" website and didn't find it.....so, BEWARE"
One sniff will of ether will not make you pass out.
