Hi:
Went over the other night and looked at this, and it is a very interesting site! Now I know a lot of you will not like it because it will have a pretty steep fee for a new site, and it only supports IE browsers. But it is different and the fees may keep out a lot of lowend junk. When I was in there I had a live chat with the CEO and he is looking for input, good see him. Also while I was there I actually listed one item just to feel my way around and see how the site worked. To my surprise I actually have a selling bid, that's not bad for a site that is not fully up and running yet! It's certainly not a site for everyone, but it's worth giving it a look see!

I Agree:
The listing fee is high! But this may make a good site for higher quality merchandise. Item's of low quality more than likely will never see this site it just would not be worth listing! As for the charity's that is totally up to the seller, is not manditory! I'm not all fired up on the charity part either, but if they do they're homework and bring in good buyer's to bid on my stuff I wouldn't mind donating a small portion of the sale.

First Off:
I don't want anybody to think I'm associated with this site because I'm Not! I may never list again. All I suggested was go check it out! Now in reply to your Qu. you can pick your own charity from a list, or pick no charity it's up to you! You can pick your own percentage, it's up to you! What all you auction seller's & buyers need to do is go there and channel through the site and see if you may like it! To me it looks like it may be a good up & coming site! Do your own looking and decide for yourselves. We as sellers are always looking for a better venue. This may be it! Who Knows! You can get all the info I did by just clicking through the menu! You can get into a live chat with the CEO and I'm sure you will leave with all the info you need to deciede for your selves.

The listing fee is way to high on this sight and no matter the fee you get the same Items auctions are auction inless you want brand name new products like sears JC penny and the like we are talking collectables.
Only thing a listing fee does is discourages relisting if the sight is new and has low veiws and hits it will have a low item count.
If people do register and list once and there sell through is 0 they will not list there again it will leave then sour no matter that part of the fee goes to charity many people use these sales as a way to make there liveing and chairity must start at home .

I just went over and clicked on their
auctions link. The way it is being explained, it sounds more like a bargain and haggle type deal
Well, our auction is live, real time. Here’s how it works. The item is listed by the seller. When a buyer puts in a bid on the item, a 24 hour clock starts counting down. The seller has 24 hours in which to get back to the buyer to accept or decline the bid.
Is the site even live yet? I wanted to browse around, but all of the links are information pages.
Never mind, had to dig further to get to the category listings.
