Michelle locked a thread here because discussion of a certain site is no longer permitted, yet the same discussion remains active on the ebay forum.

I'm not questioning moderation or anything, but what's the difference? Can we discuss it in the ebay forum only?

apparently it can only be discussed in the ebay forum because it deals with ebay. I was aware that discussions about the other site had been banned on this forum by auctionwatch, but I know not everyone here reads the ebay forum and I thought everyone might want to know it was happening.

I fully expected my post to either get locked or deleted.

It was my understanding it has been banned from all of AW, but that's for them to decide after all.

Moderators can lock this thread when they get a chance, because I really didn't want it open for discussion.
