On Nov. 22, 2000 FA charged $29.99 to my debit card on file. The funny thing is, I haven't ordered anything from them in over 3 months. The orders that I did place in the past were all filled and paid for.
By them doing this, it caused me to have a returned check and I was charged $22.00 by my credit union. I know now that I should never use my debit card on-line, but at the time, I was a new user.
Since my first contact with FA, I have been put off, promised call backs from managers and reassured it would just take one more week. To this day, I still do not have my refund, nor will anyone at FS assist me.
Tonight, I filed an online complaint with BBB and after reading about other complaints filed against them, that they have no responded to makes me want to post this for future buyers.
Buyers beware... FA has still not refunded my money... Nor will anyone via email or telephone get back to me.

Thanks for the info!! I should also file against them. I don't believe that there is a WORSE site anywhere than FA!!!
There are items that I have purchased since 11/7 when they came back online that I still haven't received. Can't get "customer service" at all...Won't answer emails. Now their cust svc online won't work to report that you either haven't received something, or you received it broken.
A total nightmare! Where do I go? Is it betterbusinessbureau.com?
