I had asked a question about JS Auctions, but see that the thread has been deleted so if I may repeat.
JS Auctions has no listing fees but does have a final value fee. No listings yet. I'd certainly be interested in an overview of the JS Auctions' plan to develop name recognition and attract traffic to the auctionsite.

In response to your question, our focus is buyers; we want to offer great benefits and rewards to buyers since they are the ones the sellers depend on to make money.
We plan to randomly have drawings and giving away items such as Xbox, cash, and gift certificates to both buyers and sellers.
We will never start up listing fees; I used a well known auction site once when it was free and was very upset when listing fees were brought into the picture.
That site had always for as long as I can remember asked for your credit info, this made it easier on them to switch over to listing fees without losing members.
If a site is to not ask for any of this information it is because it will not be needed.
Just Strategy's is not by any means a LARGE company. We employee only 17 people, we do not have the funds that the big guy has to push our auction so what we hope for is a loyal starting community of users that are willing to pass the name on.
We are doing this to give back to people what the bigger sites have taken away, ease of listing without worrying about a budget.
The only true ways to lose money is buying perks, added options, and then not have your item sell. I would advise everyone to NOT buy these perks until the site has made a name for itself and has a steady flow of traffic.
As far as advertising on our behalf, we are currently looking into running ads in many well known publications.
We are more then an auction provider, we have many online services that have done very well ... the traffic of these services will now be introduced to our new service, the auctions.
Software is an important part of our operations; we have a large selection of it that is distributed through a subscription service, and JS Auction ads will soon be placed in all new software.

Thank you for the listing. The URL changed because we blocked it for a bit to make improvements, one being the fees.

Might I be so bold as to suggest that one of those "17" employees (yea, right!) run a spell checker starting with your main page?

Well yes you may be so bold if you consider it bold. You're belief on how many people are employed by this company is really of no significance to me or anyone else.
Maybe you would like to point out which page has misspellings, which would be nice and bold also.
Thank you for your time and your remark. Good and bad we take them all.
And just as a note, 17 people work in the whole company, which by all means does not consist of just this auction site.
