I'm new at bargainandhaggle. I really like the format there. But I have a few questions to those that have been there for a while. Does it take them forever to give a credit for non payers? Do they even give credit? Thanks in advance.

Hi envy You have to fill out that requeat form. After that if they don't show up on my invoice as credits, I also write to them. That has worked for me but it does take awhile for it to get credited to you.

It takes FOREVER for them to process credits. I have one from JULY that I write to them about every month. Every month they say they can't find it and every month I fill out a new request.
I for one am very dissatisfied with the credit process, especially with the high amount of non paying buyers on the site.

I don't know if B&H sends out EOA emails to the "winning" person, but most tell me they never received anything from B&H sooo, they just blew off my email. (this is after I continually send them emails) That may be just an excuse because I would think a sane person would remember if they went into haggling on a product. geesch. Actually I won't give up because quitters never profit and profiteers never quit (or something like that) I am hoping it will get better.

I had 3 sales with $1.50 in fees go NPB - filed for fees, and they got reversed on my B&H account in less than a week - BUT they haven't given me credit on my CC card for the fees they've charge me for (it crossed months)..
So I'll keep emailing once a week until the charges are reversed on my CC I guess.
