As well as policing your thoughts and dialogue's you will want to keep and eye on the quility of your associations and actions.

Stay away from people to discriminate and deprecate' or thouse that are involved in destrutive or degrading actions.

you don't need to judge them' but you don't have to be involved' eather.

watch over your actions and make sure that you run your life in a positive and honorable way.

settle your debts' follow thru on commitments' and treat people fairly.

don't allow your mind to suck you into actions that affirm weakness or that lower your energy and distroy your balance.
