The bad eggs seem to be out this week. I have a customer who ordered on 3/25. There order was shipped on 3/25. On 3/27 they left feedback on Half.com that their order arrived. I have not heard from them (my email aaddress is on all packages). I went this morning to check my account. I see under recent sales that thye are being refunded. Half.com never contacted me. Is this there new policy or what? Anyway, I sent half anemail so sometime in 2003 I may get a response). We all know how their customer service is. I'll call them on Monday, but their goes part of the pay period. Basically they are promoting mail fraud if they allow this guy his refund. I have a tracking number and their feedback, so what can they say? Has anyone had to deal with this?
