I see a certain forum board owner is still trying to stir up cr@p about this auction venue. Looks like no one cares about this *personal* little vendetta anymore.

RB, what board owner?
Over at Moo, other than posting a news article about a 1.4 million investor of Bidbay.com suing, it's been quiet about AD. There are the few posters against AD, but Patty hasn't said anything of late.

Considering it was a NEWSTORY and it was posted everyplace from OTWA to god knows where, what is your point? Are you saying Moo can't post links to newstories?
Even at that DK posted it to the regular forum not knowing it was posted to the info only forum. So even had Patty not posted it, it would have gotten posted.
Buzz, you are really stretching it here for your hatred of Patty. I am beginning to think you are a supporter of Bidbay/AuctionDiner. Not a good thing.
If AuctionDiner is getting old, then I suggest you take a GOOD look around, as even OTWA members got on the anti-GT bandwagon.

I don't hate Patty at all ... matter of fact, I have a lot of respect for her. And I am not a supporter of AD or any other auction venue.
I am simply curious as to why Patty wants to keep dragging out the AD cr@p on her venue. Why not simply let it go away instead of using *her* public venue to keep antagonizing the situation?

If it is auction related then chances are it will be posted and responded to. That is what the Moo board is about, isn't it? Auction news and related talk.

The point I am trying to make includes these facts:
1. There are similiar problems occuring at virtually all auction venues.
2. These types of problems, apart from AD "smears" are not reported in the other individual auction forums at Moo.
3. Patty, although a hard working wonderful person, has a personal issue with AD.
4. Patty, although a hard wroking wonderful person, is using her public venue to continue her AD smear campaign (her vendetta).
5. The rest of us, based on the responses to her latest smear, could care less about the woes of AD.
So, again, why did Patty bother posting this? Is she, perhaps, looking for support for her personal problem with AD on her public forum site? Is she trying to stir it up all over again after the last so-called Cease & Desist Order?
I'm just trying to figure out her motivation here ...

Even if it is personal between Patty and George, it doesn't matter to me. That is her choice. It seems you like to talk about your personal feelings on different posters.

Buzz does have some good points there in that post. I haven't visited Moo in about two weeks so I won't comment further.
That information was PROVIDED for members at many members request, including mine. She reposted information to clear out the comments after the posting, so that shows unbiased posting. She could have left the threads in tact, but chose to present ONLY verifiable information, not opinion. No one wanted that information to go away, but Moo had to take necessary steps to prevent Georgie Porgie from suing everyone with a name, real or not.
Also, you were not threatened with a lawsuit by AuctionDiner, now where you Buzz? You didn't have a their lawyer come in and make more threats and insinuations on your board. Wait, you don't HAVE a board. You even tucked your tail and ran when you thought GT might actually come after you after saying he was naming 100 people. He was willing to amend the process to include new people and then you ran because of a "new user agreement" which was just bogus on your part.
The INTEREST is there, and if Moo doesn't step up to the plate and offer that information then WHO is going to do it? AW isn't, and neither is OTWA.
Also Patty never really said Moo was unbiased, but allowed for Freedom of Speech including her own. You are apparently against that since you do not have that in Canada.
It is amazing how this board cannot go a week without bringing up a Mootropolis.com topic. Yet, Moo sucks according to this website. A love hate relationship I guess.
With all due respect, if *anyone* actually believed that lawyer nonsense, then they should probably crawl into a hole and hide. I taunted these so-called lawyers to the point that if they were real, I'd have a court date. The issue of legal threats, the dreaded "list of 100" and all that other stuff was pure, unadulterated cr@ppola.
btw, you can skip the Canada bashing ... doesn't bother me at all!

These alternative auction talk sites have even a smaller membership base than AD and they sure seem to attract the disgruntled.
I say MOOOOOOVE on. If you're unhappy with AuctionDiner vent once, vent twice but don't make it a daily affair. It's almost like these users broke up with a boyfriend (AD) and instead of moving on, they're wasting valuable time trying to figure out how to put sugar in his gas tank.
