Here's a good report about recent SellYourItem bidding activity provided by a post on Bidvilles 'Other Auctions' message board. ( Thanks Bryan for letting sellers know about another site with a lot of sales )

been haveing some good sales at sellyouritem.com, really picking up over there, a bunch of power sellers have left ebay and started listing there, , no listing fees, free second category, free bin, had 20 BIN sales there last night and 10 the night before, + its really simple to use

guitarshop, I do know of a software that will. e-mail me if you would like the information.
Some things may sell on that site but computer parts do not. I used to list there and sold 2 items. I quit for a while till last week. Put out 40 or 50 items to try again during their promotion. 99% of my items did not even get looked at.
I am glad someone is getting something overthere.
I have actually had more hits at ePier. I no longer sell there either but have had some sales. Used to get e-mail once in a while that someone had purchased something. Most of the time I fogot I had listed it.
ePier I would list again if you were Auctiontamer compatable.
I roughly counted about 117,000 items there on the homepage. It's growing fairly fast so they mut have something going for it.
At least it's off the ground and flying, compared to some other sites that have been heavily hyped by their founders but have only floundered about and been a big bust.

Bidsbids
I’m really surprised that they are allowing any mention of other sites on bidville. At one time that was a TABOO.

Do you sell computer parts?
I have had lousy luck selling parts on any other site than Ebay and a very little on Yahoo.
Although I have made a few purchases on SYI but the good deals are few and far between.

Hi guys, i was at sellyouritem early on very slow, well i heard a lot of powersellers went over there..I am happy & surprised..growing like wildfire,i got 2 good sales in 10 days didn't have much listed.great hits for collectibles..free to list through 2002 ..tons of neat features like import your feedback, live support, list in 2 categories free, chose time for listing, super chat lounge..they are planning a coupon sale could be a great time to try it out..cannot believe how they've grown..good luck wherever you sell, bitt
Yes we do. I far from put all of our items on these other sites but put on enough (50+) to get a feel for it. People just do not go other places other than eBay for parts with the exception of yahoo. When they pay I get some good sales there.
The other sites I only get bids I believe cause of all the free advertisng I give them in my end of auction messages. Like I said ePier I got some cause I had my prices set lower there and existing customer went there to get them cheaper.
Carnabay I even put up a little store and got nothing.
Yes the CP business is rough anywhere but eBay but I try once in a while.
Like most we are in the process of moving away from the auction sites to our own web site. I must say though my eBay store has done well.

Is anyone selling at SYI. I put on a bunch of items that get decent sales on Ebay just to see what would happen. So far, not even a page look after two weeks. And that is with the auto-relist. Kind of discouraging, but still willing to give it a try.

HI, if you pop over to the lounge there we can include you in some promotions.coming up..inc a coupon promo & patriotic theme sale.. i had just a few things on & sold a 14.00 & 9.99 really quick, not tiny sales.(to me LOL).they are getting a good mix of items.many power sellers coming over & bringing their bidders.
good to put your MYPAGE if you have made one yet?in the search engines,& inc a link to your auctions at syi in your email signature.
being at a new site requires some networking to get going..
you can import your feedback & auctions..so easy & quick..are you listing in 2 categories? it's free..good luck bitt
