Can anyone give me advice on good, reliable, easy-to-use image hosting services please?

Boomspeed now offers a 100 meg account with unrestricted use of images ( any auction site, homepage, message boards, etc ) for $6 month.
Boomspeed cleared out most of the bad accounts and now goes very fast and is very stable.

This is a new place, not sure how it works because I don't use hosting services for my pics, but may be worth a look. Claims to be free.

Thanks Kodi. I created an account for the fun of it. First ever site that I seen that has no TOS whatsoever.
The problem with these small sites is that they quickly become big sites and then start charging. There use to be a lot of the free image hosting sites but now they either are very hard to find or they are very restrictive with what you can do with a free account. In the long run a site like boomspeed with 100 megs for $6/month is a deal if you host a lot of auction images. I like to leave my auction images up until the buyer recieves the item so they can compare the item they receive and the auction photos.

hI THANKS Kodi for posting this BY THE WAY CONGRATS ON ALMOST 900 LISTINGS AT YOUR ALASKANAUCTIONS.COM WOW THAT WAS FAST! Anyway Imagemagician does have a TOS you have to agree to here to sign up. here http://www.imagemagician.com/tos.html

i wonder there is very little info on the site? if you can use pics for message boards, gifs for banners, etc.or just auctions..how long will they keep the pics etc .??May just try it & see...
i think they are planning to add pay for upgrades to the site later as there is a lot of info in the tos inc this:
"When you make an online purchase, such as an upgrade to your existing account, the information you provide allows ImageMagician to process, fulfill, and then to notify you of your order status. If using such services as PayPal.com(tm), ImageMagician will only need your name, email address, and account information, which is stored along with a record of the products you purchase.

Security during transactions.
When making an online purchase at ImageMagician.com through PayPal.com(tm), PayPal.com(tm) uses a secure server. When your browser communicates with a secure server all information is encrypted through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), keeping it 'hidden' from people or organizations not involved in the transaction. SSL, and other technology, makes it safer to transmit your personal information over the Internet."

Maybe it was a glitch but there was no box to check that said I agreed to a TOS like on every other site, either that or I am so used to clicking it that it was automatic.

Since nothing stays free for long people may want to try an established site over an untired one. An image hosting site isn't that big a deal though as you can load up images fairly fast if you have to move.

I have to admit i am partial to auctionwatch. the way they keep the inventory & archives super at tax time when i am looking for info. they keep the pics too great if you have many of an item & keep using the pic over time.
I know what you mean,,it was a teensy box to click & you didn't actually go to the page.my point is about that reference to paypal they must be planning some extra services to charge for in the future to run on..good luck

Hi Kodi thanks great idea i think he could add a tiny bit of info to his site..maybe just a paragraph or two so people would know if they load a bunch of pics how long they will keep them..the reason i say this is i checked out some sites in the past & they only kept them like 11 days!!!!Heck if you list for 10 & do a relist well you know no pic would have to go back in & reload it..
I will be happy to ask him over at the neat boards at Alaskan Auctions right? thanks
