Let me reiterate....
6 show sales activity in Sept/October (based on feedback).
4 run 100% (or close) Take It auctions that close with first bid.
Referring to Seller 1, it's interesting that you see auctions with bids for a Seller running all Take It auctions. How did you do that?

You are to funny. The take-it price IS higher than the starting price on all of seller 1's auctions.
To view the bids on a sellers auctions just view the sellers list and click on the DOWN arrow to the right of bids in the sort by bar.
Sort: Title Price Bids Ends
The arrows don't show here but they are there.
Is this CuFF?

Good point. I'll take it into consideration next time. However, this is a breakdown to show information regarding Seller attitudes and activity at three sites. BV, Yahoo and ebay. It is not a statistical report on the numbers. Is this dimview?
All Sellers have had sales activity for Sept/Oct, and some have given up on ebay entirely. Many more have given up on Yahoo. There's a reason for that.
You like to portray BV as a loser site, yet the activity there indicates you are wrong. Not only does the total number of auctions keep rising as more and more Sellers leave ebay and Yahoo due to high fees, but 10 out of 12 have sold something during the months of Sept/Oct according to their feedback. This does not take into account feedback not yet left.
That's the reality.

I didn't MAKE the numbers.
Total auctions for the 6 featured sellers = 15,793
Total auctions with bids for the 6 featured sellers = 4
Total sum of money for the 4 auctions with bids = $18.70
Now you say the activity there indicates that I am wrong.
WHAT DID I SAY????? OTHER THAN "Business is booming LOL"
Anyway those numbers are just a sum for the 6 featured sellers in one place in time. Some could do better some could do worse!
The one thing I will say is that is a heck of a lot of auction for having only 4 bids on.
YIKES
No I am not.

This does not take into account feedback not yet left.
And, that is why this is not a stats thread. You can't get accurate figures based on feedback, so why bother? All Sellers had sales activity, period.
I noticed no one posts to your stats thread BW. Is that why you came over to this thread? I thought you were ignoring everyone? Two things are indicated by your actions. One, you lied about ignoring people. Two, you only want to fight.
I repeat, this is a breakdown to show information regarding Seller attitudes and activity at three sites. BV, Yahoo and ebay. It is not a statistical report on the numbers. Yahoo seems to lose the majority of Sellers according to the above.

In the last 4 day there have been 24 featured sellers. Only 6 of those pay for any kind of a premium membership.
One of today's featured sellers has 71 items and has been on BV for almost 23 months. This seller's feedback rating? ( 3 )

I would say that the success rate of any Seller is proportionate to how much work they put into their auctions. More auctions, more exposure, more bids. Pretty simple.

The one thing you don't take into account is that featured sellers are not chosen because of their sell-through rate or any other measure of success. They are chosen at random. Many of the most successful sellers have NEVER been featured.
There's an old joke that you can prove pickles cause pregnancy because all pregnant women have at some time eaten pickles-in other words, you can twist the numbers to prove anything, if you're not too picky about the actual accuracy. Using featured sellers to gauge the success of Bidville is as accurate as blaming pickles for babies.

The selection is random but the rest is total BS.
I have copy n' pasted all 6 daily featured sellers for months now and some actualy come up every 35 days or so like clockwork. I can tell you that there are no really successful sellers on BV now that Hap won't even pay a $5 verification fee. The really successful sellers that you must mean are the ones that sell a high percentage of nickel and dime sportscards and that is an embarassment to the online auction communitity that an auction site even allows these worthless set fillers on their sites at all. BV is the joke of the internet!

There you go basing what you say on a faulty method of data collection. Not only that but you've omitted the information that confirms that many BV Sellers are unhappy with ebay and Yahoo, and have chosen BV.
Feedback is no way to get an accurate sell through percentage. It has been discussed before, and you lost the discussion. If you are intent on taking over this thread by imposing your half-assed method of data collection on it you should at least be complete. If you can't get any action from your own thread it's still no reason to bastardize this one by twisting the original format.
Moderator, please close this thread at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

Some people think that AW supports BV auctions with listing or auction management services. Apparently the same people think that AW actively moderates their message center. AW does neither and it reflects the complete lack of knowledge of anyone that holds these misconceptions.
