Beginning April 2, 2003 and running through April 30th, ALL
auction winners (buyers) will have their name added to a list. On May 1,
2003...in a blind drawing...one name from that list will be drawn and that lucky
person will receive FREE MONEY in the amount of $100.00. This money to be
paid in the form of a USPS MONEY ORDER!
This FREE MONEY drawing is open to ALL buyers at Top Notch Auctions!
Complete rules:
All members of TOP NOTCH AUCTIONS (TNA) are eligiable for the drawing providing
they have placed a bid on ANY auction at TNA during the time of 12:01 am April
2, 2003 and midnight April 30, 2003 and the auction has closed with them as the
winning bidder. After the winning name has been drawn, an email will be
sent to the SELLER of the auction requesting information that the transaction
was completed and the buyer is in good standing. After TNA hears back from
the SELLER, the winning BUYER will be contacted via email. The winning
buyer must reply to that email in order to receive the FREE MONEY! The
$100.00 Money Order will be mailed to the winner via USPS first class mail.
Regardless of multiple wins, each name will be added to the list only
once, thus making it fair to all potential winners. Any taxes will be the
sole responsibility of the winner.

Interesting Promo there. Are you sure you are announcing it early enough? Things do have a tendency to change dramatically in this business, in a short 3 months.
