Have you honestly never heard of a 99 cent store?

Thank you, I saw the Bidville response. Seems that someone is stalking me (lol).
As for the 99c store, yeah, but they don't "ship" their items. Plus they buy the items really low priced at 25c and in bulk.

How do you know they didn't buy their stuff in bulk, got the stuff on clearance or are just cleaning out their closets of unwanted items they no longer need?
I recently picked up some $20 clothing items for $2-$3. If my kids weren't wearing them, I could have sold them.
As far as shipping goes, the BUYER pays for shipping, so that's not a concern to the seller.
Also, some who use the internet are homebound or unable to find items locally and are pleased to buy online.
