Bidville, Inc. (OTCBB:BVLE - News) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of privately held 3 2 1 Play, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary Buy Sell Connect, Inc. 3 2 1 Play, Inc. has access to thousands of major brand products at or below wholesale prices from leading manufacturers. The company has developed a significant and growing online following through successful sales of its product offerings.
"We believe this acquisition adds a powerful new dimension to our business model," said Michael Palandro, Chief Executive Officer of Bidville. "While we have already developed a successful process to gain listings through the use of the Internet, this acquisition will increase the number of products we offer, and our revenues, by combining the best of the Internet with a local store front presence. We look forward to providing our customers with expanded origination and distribution through this acquisition."
Okay, so Bidville has “acquired” 3 2 1 Play, Inc., and it’s wholly-owned subsidiary Buy, Sell, Connect, Inc. What is confusing me is why Bidville would apparently be using eBay as their outlet for Buy Sell Connect as a seller, and 321PLAY,COM as an eBay storefront for that seller.
Could it be by some amazing coincidence that a seller on ebay going by buysellconnect happens to have their storefront named 321PLAY,COM? If any one familiar with Bidville could explain this amusing situation it would be appreciated.

I'm disappointed that no Bidville supporter was able to offer a possible explanation as to why Bidville appears to be using eBay for its 321Play/BuySellConnect operations. Is Bidville admitting you can sell on eBay and not Bidville? Was that whole "aquisition press release," just a facade?

It would rather be insignificant than the one who solely brought down Carnaby. It's a wonder why Bidville would even want you, but then again, they are a worthless site.
