Does anyone know if ioffer.com is still functioning?

I haven't been able to view the site for weeks.

I received an e-mail telling about ioffer part II. Needless to say, I clicked the delete button.

Seems the problem has been on my end. Someone from ioffer saw my post and contacted me to troubleshoot. Using the IP #'s, I can't access the site just fine.
