Sir,
I am a fairly new member here who is not employed by any "E" business. My question is this:
I have noticed several members of this site being suspended and/or banned because of "violations" of your company's community guidelines. I am curious as to why each individual that was banned were posting in support of Bidbay? Your own rule #4 says:
"will not be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening, unlawfully harassing, or invasive of a person's privacy"
Better than 75% of the comments made by other members of this website fall into that very category. Yet I have seen very few warned and none suspended/banned that were speaking against the abovementioned company. I do understand that the moderators work "at their discretion" but I am very sorry to see that it is so one sided when it comes to a certain company. I believe that the rules should apply to everyone here and not just those that post in defense of Bidbay. Wrong or right they deserve to be able to voice their responses to the obvious attacks from other members of this site. JMHO......but I believe the line went....and justice for all.

You are wrong, They are an equal opportunity ban them site. If you look in some earlier threads, you would see they ban more then just BidBayers.
