Just read on their chat board that they are going to be producing a commercial on Thursday. For a company that is $3 million in debt, they sure spend money like it's going out of style.
The CEO wanted to know what questions they could ask the person shown as answering them during the commercial. Here's one: "How can you continue to spend money when your SB-2 shows that you are $3 million in debt? And isn't shooting a commercial at this time a violation of the SEC's quiet period?"

I saw that! Did you notice the spelling in that first message? Gee!! My idea was that they show the seller sitting at his computer watching his listings, and he is like the Maytag man that never gets a call, only the seller never gets a bid! I Love it!!
Look over on the tech board at all the complaints, most of their features don't work and people are complaining about it, rightfully. Then there is the matter of the contest prize thread where person after person has not received their prizes. One or two people since October!!! Some Personal relations!!

I don't believe he is allowed to post here as he has been banned for trolling. He will have to send someone else

Shooting a nationwide commercial on Thursday and doesn't have a script yet? Time to leave the PR to a firm or someone that knows what PR means.

Thank you Bidbay for the commercial,I left e-bay with a 700 plus feedback rating (No negatives or neutrals) to come to Bidbay, I was sick of losing money due to their HIGH FEES . I am thrilled with this auction site. It is Free and offers a "Great Deal" for both Seller and Buyer. BRAVO! You are the BEST!!!
Since I joined Bidbay just a few Month ago, I have seen a tremendous expansion. I have placed several Listings and already have bids. I am not only a Seller but a Buyer, and have found some wonderful Items to purchase at very low, low prices. I think we have found an auction site that will please everyone. Their support staff are wonderful and NO FEES!! Great for Buyers and Sellers. Good Luck everyone, this site will eventually beat both other major sites..

Let's clarify something.
BidBay did not say they will be running a commercial, they didn't even say they have contracted with an ad agency in producing a commercial.
They did say at their offices they will be producing a commercial.
And from the likes of it with asking their member base they are putting it together themselves. Very professional...very professional.
Do you not see what is going on?
This is yet another grey area in violating the quiet period therefore I have bookmarked it and printed that thread.
This is just another statement for the CEO to boost interest in his company, get people to talk about it and help promote his company for their IPO.
And I love how the koolaid kids swallow it, no real questions asked, they just accept it all as truth.
Well I'm not going to address this issue anymore I'm going to let it drop and only focus on the real truths.

Perhaps these posts that state "NO FEES" should be qualified with "RIGHT NOW". According to the SEC filing, Bidbay says they will have to start charging to become a viable contender in the auction business.
I have to disagree on finding the "auction site that will please everyone". I can give that dwarf Grumpy a run for his money any day of the week, so it's gonna take a lot to please me.

Hello Everyone,
There are other Bidbay threads afloat to post in. I will lock this one so you can post your auction related comments to one of the other threads.
Thanks for your cooperation,
